How to Use the Loyalty App’s Redemption Rule
Welcome! In this guide, we'll explain how the redemption rule works in the Loyalty App, allowing customers to earn and redeem rewards seamlessly.
How the Redemption Rule Works

Creating a Reward Rule:
We have created a reward rule called “Discount Reward”. In this example, when customers spend 500 points, they will receive a $5 discount.

Checking Points Balance:
- To redeem a discount, ensure you have sufficient points in your account. For instance, if the redemption requires 500 points, you must have at least that many.
- If your points balance is below the required amount (e.g., less than 500 points), the Redeem button will not be visible. Instead, you'll see a blank space in the redemption section.

Redeeming Points:
- If you have enough points (e.g., 2,000 points), you are eligible to redeem a discount code.
- Navigate to the Redeem Section and click the Redeem button. The system will generate a discount code, which you can copy.
- The discount code will also appear in your Rewards Section for future reference.

Applying the Discount Code:
- To use the discount code, copy it and proceed to checkout.
- Add the desired product to your cart and click Buy Now.
- The discount will automatically apply at checkout, showing a $5 discount in the total amount.

Managing Points Balance:
After redeeming points, your total points will update accordingly. For example, if you had 2,000 points and redeemed 500 points, your new balance will be 1,500 points.

Reviewing Transactions:
You can view the discount transaction in the Reward Section. The redeemed discount can be used at checkout for any product.
Important Notes
- Ensure you have enough points in your account to see the Redeem button.
- The app allows for multiple discount rules, which will be visible in the redemption section.
